About Me
I’m a technology leader with over 25 years of experience helping organisations build, scale, and modernise software delivery.
Across my career, I’ve led engineering teams in SaaS and enterprise environments, moving organisations from traditional, process-heavy delivery models to modern, outcome-focused engineering cultures. I’ve worked at every level—from hands-on development through to Director-level leadership - giving me a practical, grounded perspective on what actually works.
My focus has always been the same:
helping teams deliver better software, faster, with confidence.
I’ve led large-scale transformations across

More recently, I’ve been focused on how AI is reshaping software engineering—helping teams embed AI into their development lifecycle in a way that improves productivity, quality, and developer experience.
Alongside this, I’ve spent nearly two decades working deeply with Atlassian tooling—designing and optimising Jira and Confluence setups that actually support delivery, rather than hinder it.
I started ScaleVector Consulting to bring that experience directly to organisations that want to evolve how they build and deliver software—without the fluff, and without the one-size-fits-all playbooks.
